Here you have my cod in motion. The sound while it is being made is pure magic. Too bad you can’t smell the aroma it gives off and too bad you can’t taste this delicacy that is like a treasure for me.

Proceso Bacalao Encebollado
Aqui teneis mi bacalao en movimento. El sonido mientras se hace es magia pura. Lástima que no podáis oler el aroma que desprende y lástima también que no podais probar esta delicia que es como un tesoro para mi.
Pero la receta la teneis en mi post anterior… Alguien se anima a hacerla ? 😉
