      Title: Without words

Ingredients: oranges, melva, milk mayonnaise, fried onion.

I first tried this salad when my sister-in-law brought it to a dinner party at home. At first I thought the combination of ingredients was strange, but when I tasted it… oh, when I tasted it! My goodness, how refreshing and filling! Now it is part of our regular menu.

You could add aromatic herbs, chives… it would be good for an infinite number of things, but I love it like this, simple and fresh.

      Go ahead and try it!

what an unexpected and brave combination, Carolina! The mixture of orange with melva and milk mayonnaise sounds like those recipes that you wouldn’t dare to make… until you try a spoonful and can’t stop. And on top with fried onion, redoble of flavors!🥁

You can tell there’s history behind it and that gives a huge plus to the dish. How cool that something so simple ended up on the regular menu! Have you ever tried serving it in smaller bite sized cups for snacking? It could work great as a starter.

good job on taking the plunge to share something so original! Did you add the fried onion at the end to keep the crunch or do you sometimes mix it in with the mayo as well?

Thanks for joining the challenge with such an original proposal.❤️

        • @Sussan Estela Olaya gracias!!
