      PIPARRAS.

These piparras come from the Rioja Alavesa, specifically from Laguardia, a town in Alava where I have spent a few days.

Some piparras are for frying and others for preserving.

The fried ones are consumed with chistorra sausage and fried eggs, especially in Navarra and Rioja.

Now to wait for the preserves, the others will be ready tomorrow

I didn’t know you could fry them! You must give a rich taste to the chistorras

These piparras sound amazing! 🌶️ It’s always special when you can enjoy such a traditional dish, especially from the Rioja Alavesa. The combination of fried piparras with chistorra sausage and fried eggs must be a true treat — perfect for those cozy meals in Navarra and Rioja. Can’t wait to hear how the preserves turn out, I’m sure they’ll be just as delicious! Enjoy the wait, it’s going to be worth it!

A mí me encantan frititas.

Te van a dar mucho juego 👏
