The combination of the yolk with the crispy potatoes and ham is simply unbeatable. Do you have a special trick to make the potatoes perfect? I sometimes confit them first and then brown them to make them tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Nada como unos buenos huevos rotos con jamón para recargar energías y seguir adelante con la semana.
La combinación de la yema con las patatas crujientes y el jamón es simplemente imbatible. ¿Tienes algún truco especial para que las patatas queden perfectas? Yo a veces las confito primero y luego las doro para que queden tiernas por dentro y crujientes por fuera.
