Marbled vegan gugellhuf from Diana Kronenberg’s Vegan Pastry Basics Course.

I didn’t have the mold that is usually used for this recipe so I used a plumcake mold to test the recipe.

I have to find myself a nice mold to make this type of cake so that it looks better.

      It is very good.

Mercedes, your cake looks super fluffy and the colors were very well defined. Although it is not the traditional mold, I think the result is still great and it looks delicious.
Now, the big question: how did you find the taste compared to a regular gugelhupf?

        Thanks for sharing ❤️

@Sussan Estela Olaya muchas gracias Sussan.

@mercedesdelgado1977gmail-com Me encanta tu enfoque, Mercedes. ❤️

that marbled gugelhupf has *attitude* even if it was born in plumcake mold! 🍰😄 The important thing is the taste, and if it comes from Diana Kronenberg’s course on top of that, it sure is amazing!

The marbling looks super well achieved, how did you find working with vegan mixes in this recipe? Did any particular texture or ingredient surprise you?
And yes…that cake is crying out for a curvy pan! 😍

Looks delicious! 🍰 The marbled texture turned out beautifully, even in the plumcake mold. Can’t wait to see how it looks in a traditional Gugelhupf mold next time—though I’m sure the taste is already spot on! 😍👌

That marbling has turned out great! I guess it will also be tasty because the look can not be better😍.
