Rosemary blossom sugar
Good morning ! I’m still with rosemary 😅
I reserved some flowers to make sugar. For the moment I will leave it at least a couple of weeks resting in the jar and stirring from time to time so that it permeates well. Let’s see how it turns out..
I have a video to edit with the salt. I told Sussan that I would upload it so you can see the amount of powder I put in. I will try to do it today …😉
Have a nice day 🌼

what a great idea to use sugar with rosemary flowers! It sure gives it an incredible aroma, like a touch of garden in every spoonful. I’ve had my spiced sugar for 8 years, but with Mexican vanilla brought back from a trip. It’s like a “sourdough” of sugar, because I fill the pot every so often, I move it and the sugar that already have time impregnates the smell of “new sugar” so it’s like an inexhaustible source of vanilla sugar that’s why I say it’s like a “sugar sourdough”😅.
I use it in all my desserts and I don’t need vanilla essence anymore, how do you plan to use yours? I’m sure it will be in a spectacularpreparation . ❤️

🌿✨ Rosemary blossom sugar sounds like such a unique and aromatic creation—can’t wait to see how it turns out after it rests! The patience in letting it steep will surely pay off. And I’m excited to see your video on the salt; I’m sure it’ll be full of great tips. Looking forward to it! 😊🎥

@lanamihajlovic Yes, looking forward to the days to check it out. As for the video, I haven’t even had a quiet moment to put it together but tomorrow without fail I’ll commit to upload it but don’t expect much because I’ll do it with some photos and little shots I have done. When I was preparing it I didn’t think about making a video, but something will come out, yes 😉❤.
