Today, for dinner, a simple tomato salad with burrata. Following a friend’s instructions, I prepared a vinaigrette with olive oil, soy sauce and a drop of honey… and it was delicious… but I think it’s better with a good extra virgin olive oil and nothing else 😅

It will be delicious. Sometimes not everything we do seems right to us, but that’s the magic. Taste and decide to stick with what we really like😉.

I like that vinaigrette idea with soy sauce and honey, although I understand about the classic olive oil. Sometimes less is more, but other times an experiment becomes a new favorite.😍 Do you think with a touch of lemon or balsamic it would have worked better.

looks great, and that burrata there in the center is pure spectacle!!!.

Thanks for sharing it with the community.

Sometimes the simplest dressing lets the flavors truly shine! 😋👌
