Here you have my first cookies, very interesting Anna Gordon’s course.

They are tender chocolate cookies filled with hazelnut praline and chocolate chips.

what a tremendous level for your first cookies! They look great with that hazelnut praline melting in the center. That chocolate drizzle on top is a direct hit to temptation.😍 Tell us, do you have any tips you learned and want to share with the community?

            • @Sussan Estela Olaya thank you very much for your feedback. What I can share with you is Anna Gordon’s comment that this base allows you to experiment and add anything you can think of, in my case I added some cinnamon and a praline filling that I froze to make it easier to fill and seal the 2 halves of the cookie.

What a fantastic way to start the challenge! 😍 These chocolate cookies with hazelnut praline and chocolate chips sound absolutely irresistible. I bet the tender texture combined with that rich hazelnut flavor makes them a real treat. Anna Gordon’s course really seems to inspire some amazing creations! How did you find the process? I’m sure these cookies are a huge hit! 🍪🍫🌰

                • @Lana Mihajlović the process is really simple, the difficulty lies in finding the texture of the dough and not knead too much flour so that the gluten does not act, sure that the more cookies are made better control of the process you have, my handicap is that I have no mixer and I have to do it by hand, but for this dough can be done without problem, for other masses I see it essential.

@Mikel Viz Felipe That makes perfect sense! Controlling the texture without overworking the dough is definitely key. I admire the patience and skill it takes to do everything by hand—there’s something really special about that process. I imagine that with each batch, the technique gets even more refined. Great work! 🥰
