How good it looks, it’s super fresh and well balanced. Does the pickle mayonnaise give it an acidic touch or did you make it milder so it doesn’t overpower the flavors of the rice?
Putting together a salad with the ingredients cut so evenly takes work, and here I can see everything well distributed, which makes each bite have a little bit of everything. And the flower-shaped tomatitos and parsley all around give it a festive feel.

Que bueno que se ve, está súper fresco y bien equilibrado. ¿La mahonesa de pepinillos le da un toque ácido o la hiciste más suave para que no opaque los sabores del arroz?
Armar una ensalada con los ingredientes cortados tan parejos lleva su trabajo, y aquí puedo ver todo bien distribuido, lo que hace que cada bocado tenga de todo un poco. Y los tomatitos en forma de flor y el perejil alrededor le dan un aire festivo.Definitivamente es una idea que me guardo para estos días de calor que tenemos por aquí. Gracias por compartirlo.☺️
