Although I usually cook everything, I’m one of those people who can’t have dairy.
That’s why I wanted to try these peanut cookies from Anna Gordon’s cookie course and surprise a couple of vegan friends.
They loved them and, for me, they were a hit – I finally got to enjoy some yummy morning cookies!

Achieving cookies with that texture and crispy batter is not easy at all, and you did excellent 😍.

how was the experience of handling the dough without dairy ingredients?

The contrast between the tender interior and the peanut coating makes them look irresistible.

Diana, thanks for joining the challenge with this new proposal.❤️

          Gracias Susana!

¡Gran trabajo! 🙌🏻

They look spectacular. I love the photo and I’ll write down the tip of chopping the peanuts with the processor

what a joy to read this! 🌱🍪 Finding a recipe that suits your needs and is also a hit with friends is the real triumph. The peanut cookies from @chefannagordon’s course are a versatile classic, and you gave it the perfect touch!

are you up for experimenting with other nuts or do you prefer to stick with peanuts as a base?
