QUICK APPETIZER
Pitted green olives marinated in Vermouth for one hour
Pitted black olives.
Stilton cheese cut in small squares
Oregano, olive oil and thyme in small sprigs.
All this is mixed in a bowl and served where you are going to present it.

APERITIVO RAPIDO
Aceitunas verdes sin hueso maceradas en Vermú una hora ( es opcional, yo lo si lo hago)
Aceitunas negras sin hueso.
Queso stilton cortado en cuadraditos
Orégano, aceite de oliva y tomillo en ramitas pequeñas.
Todo ello se mezcla en un bol y se pasa a servir donde lo vayas a presentar.
El queso es el que quieras, yo tenia este y lo he aprovechado, puedes poner más de uno

La combinación del queso stilton con las aceitunas y las hierbas aromáticas debe dar un contraste de sabores bien interesante, sobre todo con ese toque de vermú.
