Thank you so much Sol, for this very special post that is a gift for me. It has been a surprise because I thought it was still a few days away and I was quite excited. I don’t know if I deserve so many compliments but I’ll tell you that I receive them as a sincere hug full of affection (so much time, right?).
To your questions, I will tell you that my recipe for success has been perseverance, work and enthusiasm to go one step further every day, to surpass myself in every challenge despite having little time sometimes or days when the mood was not the best. I have posted every day, that is also a plus that adds up step by step.
The most challenging moments of this journey? I think without a doubt that the last two challenges, I have given everything and more of myself, despite living difficult circumstances lately in which I live with my soul in suspense some days. But it is also being a therapy and a place to take refuge.
And my star dishes? Well, I think those that come from the heart without thinking, those that I have created from scratch, only with the knowledge of some techniques learned and trying some of my follies that in the end have worked. The Halloween challenge, that dish is one of my favorites, getting that tuile to stand up was a challenge for me😂.
Now my goal is to reach the highest level… I only have 1000 Scoolipoints to go 😅

Muchísimas gracias Sol, por este post tan especial que es un regalo para mí. Ha sido toda una sorpresa porque creí que aun faltaban unos dias para lograrlo y estaba bastante ilusionada. No sé si merezco tantos halagos pero te diré que los recojo como un abrazo sincero lleno de cariño ( tanto tiempo, verdad?).
A tus preguntas, te diré que mi receta para el éxito ha sido la constancia, el trabajo y la ilusión por dar un paso mas cada día, por superarme a mi misma en cada reto a pesar de tener poco tiempo a veces ó dias en los que el ánimo no era el mejor. He posteado todos los dias, eso también es un plus que suma pasito a pasito.
Los momentos más desafiantes de este viaje? Creo sin duda que los dos últimos retos, he dado todo y más de mí, a pesar de vivir unas circunstancias difíciles últimamente en los que vivo con el alma en vilo algunos dias. Pero también está siendo una terapia y un sitio donde refugiarme.
Y mis platos estrella? Pues creo que los que salen del corazón sin pensar, los que he creado desde cero, solo con el conocimiento de algunas técnicas aprendidas y probando alguna de mis locuras que al final han dado resultado. El reto de Halloween , ese plato es uno de mis preferidos, conseguir que esa tuile se quedara en pie fue todo un reto para mi😂 La tarta del cuarto aniversario, tan especial también porque además con ella celebramos el cumple de mi madre..y todos los platos de los 5 retos que he ganado han sido muy especiales para mi. La crema de tomate aromatizada con naranja y jengibre (mi 15 ScooliStar) que mi madre comió con ganas y que luego convertí en corazones homenaje a ella…Ahora mi meta es llegar a alcanzar el nivel mas alto… sólo me faltan 922 Scoolipoints 😅

Desde luego que desde hace mucho tiempo ya sois parte de mi familia junto a todos mis compañeros en esta comunidad que nos aporta tanto. Me siento muy orgullosa de haber llegado hasta aquí.
