Good afternoon,
I want to share with everyone my Oreo💜 cheesecake. I enjoyed making the cake and I followed the instructions of the chef to the letter, although I had to modify the weight since my mold is 24cm and not 18 as it comes in the recipe. Let’s see what you think! Best regards😊
Buenas tardes,

I can tell you enjoyed making it, and that always makes a dessert even more special. Adapting the recipe to the larger mold sure was a challenge, but it looked very tempting.
One question: how did you manage to keep the base firm with the change in size? Sometimes when you change the weight, the texture can vary a little.
Thanks for sharing it with the community.🙂 Thanks for sharing it with the community.
