ayyyy, you just caught me preparing a bechamel sauce for croquettes… and I hadn’t seen it. What a great surprise and what an illusion! And I say the same as @lanamihajlovic The challenges in which I have participated so far I assume them as an incentive to get out of my comfort zone, get out of your day to day recipe book, learn and grow.
