      #TomatoChallenge

At the last moment, I don’t know if I’m on deadline. 😅

Last night I dared with the course of aesthetics in haute cuisine of Quique Dacosta (it was demonstrated because I am administrative 🤣), I will tell you in steps ….

For the moment I share with you the tomato

Overall it was good, but for the next one I will try to lighten the mayonnaise a little … I do not know if I used the only dried tomatoes that were in my supermarket (they are too loaded with herbs for my taste) but it was too strong and fatty on its own. With the fried outside and the tomato powder it was compensated but I think I should try to improve it. 😅

Wonderful, the important thing is to try and you have done it, when I finish Pepa Muñoz’s course, I will see how it goes with this one

That fried tomato has a super crunchy look and the minimalist plating gives it all the limelight.
If you’re looking to lighten it up a bit, perhaps a lemon yogurt emulsion or a touch of whipped cream cheese will help balance out the intensity of the sun-dried tomato. Have you tried combining it with something crunchy like nuts or a touch of acid like pickles?

I’m sure with your touch, the next version will be even better. Thanks for joining the #TomatoChallenge ❤️🍅❤️

Ole and ole!!!! That tomato looks super divine Beatriz. Excellent work girl😍

I hadn’t seen it until I started the course last year but I didn’t get around to buying it.
