Using this Italian meringue and the cream I had left over from the other day’s cheesecake, I whipped it and used it to make a strawberry mousse (which also appears the mousse in the same course). Greetings and enjoy.

Utilizando este merengue italiano y la nata que me sobró de la tarta del otro día de queso, la he montado y he aprovechado para hacer una mousse de fresa (que también aparece la mousse en el mismo curso). Saludos y a disfrutar.
