Excellent! I love how well-defined the braid on your bread looks.
Tell us, do you work in the bakery industry professionally?
Thanks for sharing it with us!

@Sussan Estela Olaya Thank you so much, definitely not a professional. I used to bake with my grandmother as a little girl and just started baking again. Love Scoolinary classes!

Welcome to the community, Nilene! That braided bread looks like it stepped straight out of The Wizard of Oz—full of charm, personality, and maybe even a song to share! 🎶✨ The cinnamon sugar and sunflower seed toppings are a bold and brilliant combo—sweet and nutty in harmony. Was this your first attempt at braiding bread, or do you have some secret dough wizardry up your sleeve? Also, how did you achieve that perfect balance in the crust? It’s giving both crunch and fluff vibes. 🌾🍞 Can’t wait to see more of your creations!

@Sol Damiani Thank you, Sol! This was my first attempt at braiding bread, I truly enjoyed it. The only thing I did for the crust was bake on the bottom rack.
