From Ada Parellada’s course, ‘Cooking without waste’, I keep the idea of having a series of pre-cooked dishes in the fridge on a regular basis, to go with less suffocation during the week. I do not usually advance as many as I would like, but the garlic and parsley oil does not fail. Here, with volandeiras.😋

It’s a “closet fund” that you are going to use a lot. How delicious those volandeiras 😍 I still have them frozen from Christmas…..

what a level! I love how you gave it that practical and elegant touch with the garlic and parsley oil. And the volandeiras… my goodness, they look like a delicacy straight from heaven. This is organization with gourmet style, you’re tearing it up. Thanks for sharing it with us.

@Sussan Estela Olaya Ayy, muchas gracias.

Beatriz!!! what a craving! I ate these last May when I did the Bilbao-Santander section of the northern Camino de Santiago. A delight! This year I will do the Santander – Santiago stretch; I swear I will order them again!!!!

@Jorge Sainz ohhh!!

@Mercedes Minaya Palacios ayyy, no te dejes engañar. 🤦♀️

The photo doesn’t seem to let you get out of the “movement” it has. Does it happen to anyone else? As if the concentric figures of the volandeiras oriented the vision to one side until the other takes you to the other and so…. 😂 Very nice color contrasts, Beatriz🙌

@Sol Damiani gracias, Sol!
