hello dear Scoolinars! 💡Os I leave some tips for the #EclairChallenge:
- Check that you have all your material ready and at hand, that the ingredients are the right ones.
- Remember the protein needed for your dough and check that at the end of the dough it has a thick but light texture . In courses 1 and 2 I give you some more tips on this.
- And trust the process.🙌

- Verifica que tienes todo tu material a punto y a mano, que los ingredientes son los adecuados.
- Recuerda la proteÃna necesaria para tu masa y fÃjate que al final de la misma tenga una textura espesa pero ligera. En los cursos 1 y 2 te doy algunos consejos más sobre esto.
- Y confÃa en el proceso.🙌
Nos vemos con el mejor que puedas hacer, sea o no el ganador seguro que sà será tu mejor éclair y eso es avanzar.😉
