Coconut rice pudding.
This dessert was long overdue and I took advantage of the panela from the lacen, an open jar of coconut milk and some raisins left over from the holidays.
I liked the photo and wanted to share it here. 😃

Tiene una pinta estupenda! el toque del anÃs estrellado debe ser muy bueno (además de adornar). Con leche de coco, también le va muy bien el cardamomo 🙂
