These cream puffs are very special to me.🙂
I made them with love ❤️ to thank my vet for 17 years of care and support.
Last week, my beloved dog passed away, and I wanted to express my gratitude with these treats because Szuki loved them. It felt like a little “doggy” tribute. 🙂
I’m also very passionate about puff pastry and choux—just practicing for our next big challenge! 😉😉😉
