Merry belated Christmas to all 🎅.
For the holidays it occurred to me to prepare a crema catalana with nougat. A fairly simple dessert but super resulton.
I really liked the flavor and the small pieces of almond that the nougat left us in the cream.

Para las fiestas se me ocurrió preparar una crema catalana con turrón. Un postre bastante sencillo pero super resulton.
Me gusto mucho el sabor y los pequeños tropezones de almendra que nos dejó el turrón en la crema.
