Codfish tacos with avocado cream
This is another recipe from the #ConcursoAirfryer contest. I had never eaten cod like this and the truth is that we really liked it. As I told you in my previous proposal, I do not have Airfryer, so they are fried in a pan as always.The salad is super fresh and new. I finished it with chili strands.
How would it improve with airfryer ?Well, I think it’s cleaner, less junk in the kitchen. Cooked with less oil, therefore healthier andwith the consequent savings for the pocket. Less waste, and also faster.
As for the taste I do not know how it is better because I would have to try it made with airfryer and it has not been the case so I can not compare that aspect.
I loved the recipe and the course above all. And I enjoyed participating again in the cooking with my colleagues.

Tacos de bacalao con crema de aguacate
Es otra de las recetas del #ConcursoAirfryer. Nunca había comido el bacalao así y la verdad es que nos ha gustado mucho. Como ya os dije en mi anterior propuesta, no tengo Airfryer, a sí que están fritos en sarten como toda la vida. La ensalada super fresca y novedosa. Lo he terminado con filamentos de chile.
Cómo mejoraría con airfryer ? Pues creo que es más limpia, menos trastos en la cocina. Cocinada con menos aceite, por tanto más saludable y con el consiguiente ahorro para el bolsillo. Menos residuos, y también más rápida.
En cuanto al sabor no sé como está mejor pues tendría que probarlo hecho con airfryer y no ha sido el caso por lo tanto no puedo comparar ese aspecto.
Me ha encantado la receta y el curso sobre todo. Y me ha gustado volver a participar cocinando con mis compañeros.
