I’ve always been curious about pumpkin filled pasta🎃.
So I decided to try these pumpkin capellaci, which I found in Igles Corel’s fresh egg pasta course. The recipe is wonderful and the course has me in love!
To give it the black color I used a little squid ink and so cimplir with the color requirements of the #HaloweenChangue challenge.

Por lo que me anime a probar estos capellaci de calabaza, que encontre en el curso de pasta fresca al huevo de Igles Corel. La receta es una maravilla y el curso me tiene enamorada!
Para darle el color negro utilice un poco de tinta de calamar y asà cimplir con los requisitos de color del reto #HaloweenChangue.
