Some tips if you are a little lost:
👉White fish, with its low fat content and firm texture, is a frying favorite. Its manageable nature makes it easy to prepare with various coatings. While salmon is a fatty fish, it’s a delicious exception that works well when fried.
👉Small fish like anchovies are perfect for frying due to their size and concentrated flavor. They’re quick to cook and a tasty treat.
👉Hake and monkfish are excellent choices for frying thanks to their sturdy flesh. They can withstand high heat without falling apart.
👉For the best flavor, use fresh fish. If using frozen, make sure it’s fully thawed before cooking.
