Check out my fancy ‘Rebeld with a Cause‘ (Causa Limeña)! 🙌
As you may know, I’m the Community Manager here, not a chef. 😂But at Scoolinary, we get to cook as a team every quarter, which is awesome! ☺This time, we had to use potatoes, so I made Causa Limeña. I’m so happy with how it turned out (I even learned how to make mayo!). Scoolinary is definitely a #greatplacetowork.

@sussan_scoolinaryteam And it tasted great, too! My husband came home late so he’ll have it at dinner. But he did try the mayonnaise and ADORED it. I’m so proud of me haha
