      Cod with Raisins and Almonds.

One day looking for recipes I found this one, and although it is actually with hake, I do not know why, most of the times I have done it has been with cod.

In a saucepan put 1 glass of water, half a glass of vinegar (in my case I put 1/4), 2 tablespoons of sugar, toasted almonds to taste (with pine nuts it is also very tasty) and raisins. Bring to the boil and let it cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Remove the skin from the cod loins, dredge them in flour and fry them on both sides in a frying pan.

Pour over the sauce that we made previously, cover and let the codfish finish cooking.

      Serve and enjoy.

I hope you like it and if you try it, let me know what you think.
