Rabbit in wine .
This is a rabbit that I make a lot at home. It is easy, tasty and quick to make. I put that wine that you see in the photo and that gives it a fabulous flavor. I would have liked to put them next to the video but the system does not allow it. So, at Sussan’s request, here they are.
This time as I said in the previous post there is no plating because there was a lot to do at home and it was not time to take pictures, but I did these and the video while I was cooking it.
Although I put the recipe with the video, here you have it too 😉.
Fry the rabbit with garlic in extra virgin olive oil. When it is well browned, remove part of the oil leaving only a little. Drizzle generously with fine wine. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, a meat stock cube, garlic and dried parsley, fine herbs. Leave it for a while until the wine is reduced. I accompany it with french fries.
Happy weekend

Saludos.
