        Wow, that looks incredible!🤗 Manitoba and Einkorn wheat are such a great combination for sourdough. The crust looks perfectly crispy, and I bet the crumb is soft and chewy. Great job!

          What a beautiful structure and crust color. The scoring on the loaves is excellent, which shows great work in fermentation and shaping. Additionally, the contrast between the deep golden tones and the lighter areas highlights a perfect bake, achieving a crispy, well-caramelized crust. The use of Manitoba and einkorn wheat surely adds an interesting combination of flavors, as well as a crumb with character.
