Homemade hamburger? Yes!!!!!
I prepared it for the first time, inspired by the course about American hamburgers. 🍔🍔
They said not to season the meat… well, I resisted the temptation to salt it at least. Instead, I sautĂ©ed fresh herbs—basil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic—and used the same butter for the burger blend. It was fantastic!
I had homemade ketchup on hand and made mayonnaise using quail egg yolks, oil, white wine, lemon, and a bit of cream. All the veggies were harvested from our garden, and even the pickled cucumbers were homemade.
Guess who made the buns? They were a bit dark because of the whole corn flour. It was a fantastic dinner. Thanks for the inspiration, Scoolinary!

Hi @orsolya-csernak
This is definitely a festival of flavors.
I always say that the vegetables that we grow and harvest in our garden and that are then part of our preparations are a luxury, the flavors are totally different from the vegetables or fruits that we can buy in a supermarket and provide a totally different flavor.
We are happy to know that you prepare your own sauces and that you experiment with new recipes.
I must also say that the plating is beautiful, thanks for sharing.
