This is a great initiative 🙂🙂🙂 I’ll definitely participate.
I see that there are 3 options. How long is a Program? I want to do each of them. 😃

We hope you find it really interesting, @orsolya-csernak Yes, as Sussan says, you can pick one of these 3 categories or all of them. Each one has nine steps that last for 9 weeks. 😍Enjoy!

I’ve just started my learning track. I’ve chosen the pastry one.
Bit of feedback with the video. Two lots of English subtitles come up, when I start watching. I have to disable the subtitles, then re-enable them to only have one set.
Why do you have an AI voice-over for the English language translation? They are really bad. The speaking never flows well and some words are not said correctly. For example in one of Joanne’s videos, when she said the word ‘what’, the AI pronounced it ‘double you hat’. I had to rewind and play it again as I was confused as to what it said, LOL. 😁
Sussan, Albumen powder is expensive here in Australia. Can I use something else? Cornstarch or make without the Albumen powder?
Do you want to see pics of just the meringues, or the dish they are used for?
Thank you. 😁

Hi Cary
Could you let us know if you are taking the course from the app or the website?
I reviewed one of the chef’s videos, and I understand the audio might sound strange in English. What you can do is leave the original audio and activate English subtitles.
We will ask my colleague @soldamiani if she finds any errors in the English audio.
To answer your second question, if it is difficult or very expensive to find albumin where you live, you can omit this ingredient.
Regarding the photograph, you can present a photo of the final product or use it in a dessert. What we want to highlight is that you present a photo that showcases a beautiful composition of your creation.
Best regards.

@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam Hi again, Sussan. I signed up by tapping on the link in @soldamiani‘s post here within the app.
The link took me to the website for Scoolinary. When I received my first lesson, link in my email, it took me to the website. I have only completed things to do with the learning pathways because it defaults to opening in my web browser.
Usually, an app will open if I have it installed.

@cary-burnett Of course, we want to see your pics. Susan will give you some valuable feedback.
I just checked the duble subtitles you mentioned and I have to asume it may have been some ocassional error. I checked through my laptop and through the app. Please tell us if this happens again.
And regarding the dubbing, they are already checking it.
Have a great day!1 -

Hi @cary-burnett My Team is looking into your observations. They’ve made already some few adjustments. We are wondering if you remember in which lesson Joanna says the word ‘what’and the AI pronounced it ‘double you hat’ so we can fix it. We couldn’t find it yet. Thanks so much for your help.
