Grazie mille. I think it came out great, especially for the first try. I made some mistakes along the way. Even though. the bananas dominate, there is an explosion of other flavors, coffee, toffee, caramel, etc. I wish I could take credit for the recipe. I’m waiting for a review from my neighbors (I give all my pastries away).
