My favourite veggie is spaghetti squash. It grows in our garden. Since I got to know it, I’ve used it as a side dish or simply to substitute traditional pasta. If you cut it in two and bake it upside down, the inside naturally becomes like real spaghetti. I love it the most with roasted onion and thyme.

  • Broccoli is my favorite vegetable. It’s a superfood that contains many vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. It also reduces inflammation, keeps blood sugar stable, and strengthens the immune system. #ScoolithonMiniChallenge6

  • Christmas Cakes and Bûches but not only

The course “Christmas Cakes and Bûches“, is just one example of many.

In the video “Hazelnut gianduja elaboration”, no mention of the mold type and size.

    Looking at the recipe, nothing.

Looking at the list of “Necessary Equipment“, I can ASSume it is the “mini savarin mold“. But which diameter?

The tree ball interior assembly“, what mold is…

Community Tip from the Olive Oil Course:
Elevate Your Tomato Sauce with Fruity Olive Oil Finish

Enhance your tomato sauce by incorporating fruity olive oil as a finishing touch. Add the oil at the end of the preparation to infuse a rich and flavorful taste into your sauce.

My favourite recipe is RISOTTOOOO 🙂 I have followed the risotto course and fell in love with the beetroot risotto since then, I’ve been preparing risotto almost every week … with different seafood and vegetables.

My favorite class is definitely Croissant and Viennoiserie by Antonio Bachour. Each tips he teached in that course has turned my croissiant into another lever.
