These tacos bring flavor and attitude! Grilled shrimp, fresh jalapeño, and smoked habanero sauce, straight into the fire zone. The radish adds that perfect crunch to balance it all out, and the shredded cheddar gives it an unexpected creamy touch.
I see the tortillas are fried or toasted, giving them that irresistible crunch. Did you make… Read more -

The spiral sausage was cooked over high heat, the pulled pork was slow roasted on an upper level and the ribs cooked over low fire the finished with bbq sauce on direct grill.

Hey Chris, good lookin’ snacks! Did you do a cure or dry rub on the fish itself or is it a seasoned batter?

Your pulled pork pizza sounds amazing! The combination of homemade pulled pork with the bourbon and brown sugar BBQ sauce must be a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the jalapeños add an extra kick of flavor.
Definitely a delicious and unique option for those who love sweet and savory with a spicy touch.

Your Hasselback Potatoes from David Rickett’s course turned out spectacular. They look really crispy, and the golden appearance makes them look irresistible. Did you put some scallions on top? It adds a fresh touch and a pop of color that elevates the presentation of the dish.
Definitely a recipe I’ll try to make myself.
