I made the Palak Paneer from Anjalina Chugani’s “Introduction to Indian Cooking” course. Raw Cauliflower and Broccoli Couscous Salad
Not to sound dramatic, but this recipe by Chef Juliana López May in the ‘Healthy Salads’ course genuinely changed the way I see cauliflower. I had never considered eating it raw and was definitely hesitant at first, but the result was absolutely incredible.
