    En la receta de cremoso cheesecake de mandarina, para el baño utiliza kappa. Si no lo consigo, podría utilizar agar agar? Es resistente al calor? O que otro ingrediente similar diferente de la gelatina valdría? Gracias. Me encanta este curso y el profesor.
