Regarding your first question, I’d like to let you know that when accessing the course from your profile, even if you complete the quiz and answer everything correctly, in some cases it doesn’t register as 100% completed.

This prevents the course from showing as fully completed and stops you from receiving your certificate. I’ll forward your feedback to the content team so they can look into this, and as soon as I have an official response, I’ll get back to you. Just a quick note , the team is available Monday to Friday, but due to holidays, they’ll be back on Monday.

For your second question, the course materials or recipe books can be found in Chapter 1 of each course. You just need to click where it says “Recetario” (or recipe book), which will redirect you to an external link, and from there you’ll be able to download the file.

Please make sure you have a PDF reader installed to open the document properly.

If the course includes any additional materials, you’ll find them in the following chapters of the course, and you’ll need to follow the same steps to download them.
