Yo want to ask you about the Savory pancakes, If I have no tofu, what can I put inside the mixture?

If you don’t have silken tofu, you can replace it with other ingredients that provide moisture and a smooth texture to the mixture. Here are some options:
Substitutes for silken tofu in savory pancakes:
1. Unsweetened plant-based yogurt
Use 200-250 g of unsweetened plant-based yogurt (such as soy, coconut, or almond). Make sure it’s creamy and not too runny.
This ingredient will provide a similar texture and good binding.
2. Mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes
Replace the tofu with 200-250 g of cooked and well-mashed potato or sweet potato.
This will add softness and density to the mixture.
3. Plant-based milk + extra flour
Mix 1/2 cup of plant-based milk (soy, almond, or oat) and adjust the consistency of the batter with a little extra chickpea flour until you achieve a similar texture.
4. Mashed cauliflower or zucchini
Substitute with 200-250 g of cooked and well-drained mashed cauliflower or zucchini.
This is a light, low-calorie alternative.
Important Adjustments:If you use a denser ingredient, adjust the amount of liquid (such as water or plant-based milk) to achieve a texture similar to the original batter.
Taste and adjust the seasoning after adding the substitute, as some ingredients (like mashed potatoes) can mellow the flavors.
