Ratio of the ingredients.
Hello! I am taking currently the Vegan Pastry Course, and I’m having problems in finding the ratio of ingredients. I would like to try and repeat one of the recipes, but I don’t know where I can find it. Please help me out, where the Instructor wrote down the exact ingredients for the each recipe in the Course?

All the ingredients and their measurements are in the written recipe book and are in the first chapter. You can download them and they are in PDF format.
