Dough measurements
I think the recipe for the white dough ( for doughnuts) is mainly for commercial purposes, if i want to halve it do i just simply divide all measurements by 2 or should i follow another recipe?

Correct, if you need to prepare less dough, all you have to do is reduce all the ingredients to half their original amount.
