I have finished 2 courses, but I have not received the certification yet. Please tell me when and where I will receive my certifications.

Hi DJellab.

Certificates are obtained once you have completed the courses 100%. Once the course is marked as 100% complete, the option to download your certificate will automatically appear within the course.

Hi Djellab

Please follow this steps:
1. Go to My Space
2. My Courses
3. Filter by “Completed”
4. Select the Course
5. Enter the Course
6. You’ll find the “Download your Certificate” button
7. Click it and then “Save” it in your device
Please let us know if you can download them.
