The ai offered me to make a Meringue from potato protein, and said it’s from the Japanese pastry course. It’s in the screenshot I attached.

However i can’t find such a lesson anywhere.

After searching through several courses, I found that the recipe with meringue made using potato protein is actually in the Vegan Pastry course, not the Japanese one.
