    • Hello! Could you clarify please about proportions of this recipe. In video Chief add sugar but in recipe’s book you can see these positions. No words about sugar.

      ● 150 gr Ponthier raspberry puree

    • ● 7 gr gelatin leaves
    • ● 40 gr gelatin
