Have tried eclairs. Dough was a bit stubborn, still it has great taste in combination with vanilla cream (very delicate) ad vanilla glaze (great for all purposes). Thanks for https://www.scoolinary.com/courses/eclairs =)

Your éclairs look seriously delicious! The glaze has a lovely, even shine, and that combo with vanilla cream sounds like a well-executed classic.
Did the dough give you a bit of extra work while baking or when piping the éclairs?
