      I made some New York style cookies, in preparation for the weekend. They are baked straight from frozen, which is convenient. These are “almond croissant” flavour, which I saw on Cupcake Jemma’s YouTube channel. I’m baking them on Sunday, hope they’ll turn out well. Flaked almonds, white chocolate, feuilletine and almond frangipani filling.

        The combination of feuilletine, almond frangipane, and white chocolate sounds amazing and really well thought out. Baking them from frozen is definitely a smart technique for professional organization. I’m really curious about the final texture, somewhere between crunchy and creamy.
