Who is Victor Mazoyer?

French Pastry Chef Specialized in Vegan and Gluten-Free Desserts

Victor grew up in Cannes, in the South of France, a city famous for its annual film festival.

Even as a child, Victor always loved French pastries and sweets, but his career did not begin as a pastry chef. Instead, his dream was to become a professional drawer of mangas, the famous Japanese comic style.

After high school, he decided to enroll and study at a Japanese art school in Paris. As part of his studies, he even worked as an intern at a famous Japanese manga studio in Tokyo. This is where he came to the realization that even though he loves drawing and being creative, it's not what he wanted to do with his life.

After graduation, he contemplated the things he loved the most and realized that he had been passionate about pastries and cakes all his life. At that moment, Victor made the decision to become a pâtissier.

Victor successfully completed his classical French pastry chef training in Paris and started working professionally in the kitchen.

Over the next years, he worked his way up the ranks to eventually become a head pastry chef. His journey has led him around the world, teaching pastry masterclasses in China, Japan, Ukraine, and many other places.
