Who is Mao Montiel?

His chocolates are not only delicious, but also visually appealing, and represent a fusion of art and gastronomy.

Creator of a design chocolate shop inspired by the work, philosophy, and obsession of two artists, Salvador Dalí and Joan Miró, regarding the shape of the egg as the foundation for the development of our line of chocolates.

Dolcenero Obrador opened its doors in November 2018, serving as the production center for the chocolate brand for online sales, its sweet catering service, and dessert tables. It also acts as a training center for professionals and amateurs interested in learning everything related to the sweet world, offering guided tastings and courses in chocolate making, plated desserts, pastry, dessert cups, macarons, individual desserts, bakery, pastries, and ice cream.

Darkness, dreams, fear, nightmares, surrealism, and delirium, combined with various branches of design and art, are fundamental elements in the conception of creation and artistic environment, revealing Mao Montiel's fear of the dark.
