Trained in top-level kitchens, he has worked alongside renowned chefs and developed a culinary philosophy rooted in respect for local ingredients and technical mastery. His work blends research and creativity to celebrate the flavor of the sea through precise cooking, complex stocks, and clean, elegant presentation.
Currently Executive Chef at Aquarela in Gran Canaria, he’s recognized for his avant-garde cuisine inspired by the sea and its surroundings. Through his dishes, he shares his passion for fish as a noble, versatile ingredient, essential to haute cuisine.
