At 17, Christopher began his culinary career under the guidance of renowned Swedish chef Bengt Sjöström at Restaurang Linnéa in Gothenburg, where he quickly rose to the position of Executive Sous Chef. In 2009, he continued his collaboration with Sjöström during the opening of Kosta Boda Art Hotel.
By 26, Christopher had become the Head Chef at Upper House Dining in Gothenburg, where his leadership helped earn the restaurant a Michelin star in 2016.
Christopher competed in Sweden’s Chef of the Year competition three times, achieving the prestigious gold medal in 2014.
In 2020, Christopher opened Restaurant Lago in Ulricehamn, Sweden, earning numerous awards for his innovative cuisine. He currently serves as the Food and Beverage Manager at Bjertorp Slott, where he creatively utilizes local ingredients within the historic setting of Bjertorp Castle.
