Limones dulces en conserva. Es una receta marroquà de Najat Kanaache. SImilar a los limones en conserva, solo que en lugar de sal, se emplea azúcar. En un tiempo, estarán listos para usar, principalmente en postres.

I am waiting for my lemon tree to bear fruit so I can replenish my supply of preserved lemons, If I have a good crop I will try some in sugar and see how the turn out. Thank you for the idea.
